As for the fire exinguisher----------also don't have anything parked outside the garage door---open door so IFFFFFFFFFFFFF you do start a FIREEEEEEEEEE you will be able to roll the car outside and...

Valve Spring Installed Height
Its difficult to tell from a picture-----but some retainers and keeper combos such as that are for use with lash caps that will push on the keepers to transfer the movement against the valve...
