Hey buddy, no problem - driving the cobra is the ultimate pick me up. End of a ****ty day, hop in and take it for a spin and all your troubles just drift away. I love it (Mrs hates it though). Looking forward to seeing your build progress. Cheers

Hi Rog246 I suspect we didn't walk the halls at the same time, there were a few retired principals that went there must have been there retirement before they retire, last one I left under in 1979, was A.J.Clark, I'm also turning the hour glass around trying to put the sand back, my 3 sons have been through those same halls, my youngest is in yr 9.
Anyways what made you move away if I may ask, like everything the Hurstville council has grown into Hurstville City, it has all changed and not for the better, How was your cobra build? and more important how is it to drive!

    Hail the Hail !! LOL
Mate I now reside in BrisVegas out on the bay.
So what year did you go to Hurstville, I'm guessing that I went there a few years before you did !?! Ross D Thomas was the principal then, and I was there when Old TAS Carroll retired !! Fark I'm getting old

    Hi Hail 427

Like most things new there are teething issues to get over

    I Have no complaints really

Tolerances are tight and so care must be taken when fitting components i.e. suspension a big hammer is not recommended.

Parts were slow initially but this has improved lately with a greater flow.

I ordered my kit about the middle of 2012 and started the build in May 2013 so it will take 12 months to complete i am hoping.

The biggest piece of advice i can give is to think what are you going to do and will tou have to remove it to fit something else remember measuer twice and cut once

    Cheers

    brad
