    Yes, that's for sure. Do not fit a fuse larger than originally designed. I've seen many electrical fires from larger fuses.

    Ace Hardware. I took one of my hood screws to Ace and they had the screws and nuts. Ace has a super good inventory of hard to find screws, nuts and associated hardware. Give them a try.
