    Trunk lid back on for the final time hopefully, fuel cap bolted down. Mounted the hood scoop as well.

    I also like to use good old restored part if possible, I fitted the headlight buckets with new hardware, installed the lights and trim rings. Front end starting to look complete:D.

    Wheels came out better than I could have imagined. So nice that I treated them to a new set of Avons... Cobra should be on the ground over the next few weeks. Can't wait!!

    Fuel lines for the engine finished, fabricated the fuel log to feed the race bowls for the Holley. Made up the bracket to mount the oil filter adapter. Got the alternator mounted, pulleys...

    Today's update, got the stone protection installed in the rear fender wells. Made up and installed the heat sheld to help protect the master cylinders from exhaust pipe heat.

    Hi Jim The heat shield is a DEI product. Next up is the inner front fenders, we are going with the vents on these.

    Dry sump tank is finished and fitted. All of the inner fenders have been fabricated and fitted. Next step is the engine install!!
