I agree with 1795. I installed RJS V belts on 3153 through the bulkhead and it’s a very clean install with no worry of damaging the paint.

Summit sells one. What size is your cable from the battery to the starter? I recommend #2 awg welding lead (fine strand wire) that will carry a lot of amps.

First things first. Make sure all your connections are extremely clean and no corrosion, then retighten very well. Also, make sure you have a good ground to the engine and the starter. If you can,...

BTW, the fitting on the intake manifold is the hot coolant to the heater, and the heater return goes to the water pump.
