Sorry it's taken so long to reply to this. Since I sold the car, I have to say that I'm not on the club site nearly as much as I used to be. I do check in every now and then to see what's going on.
I'm sure you already know this, but Holley carb flooding problems are usually the needle valves. I used to carry at least one spare with me whenever I drove the car and changed a few of them on the side of the road. Have you done any more work on the carbs? They were still a work in progress when you bought the car. I was still trying to resolve that little off-idle stutter that seemed to pop up every now and then.
I retired about 8 months ago. Traded the Saturn in on an Infiniti G37 and the wife bought a new Subaru Outback last year. I've been toying around with getting a Cheetah; nothing definite yet but the wife and I are at the bargaining stage.
