Hi MotoXT, my builder said the issues of the undercoat were referring to the body not the frame. Specifically, folks said it might be that the releasing agent wasn't cleaned properly before applying the paint on top. I don't know anything about spray painting and it was nothing definitive but my builder ultimately ended up sending it back after it paint correction didn't work.
