Sorry, I lost your email address due to an email glitch! Just thought I'd come on here (where the folks are friendly) and add my support to your comments on the awful AC Forum. I did intend to comment but all my thoughts were unrepeatable so I deleted all of them.
The up-shot of the Administrators comments was that I tore up my subscription check that I was about to post and logged off the site. Trouble is the the guy at the top turns into a piece of work and the effect of his dead-handed leadership pervades the club. New members ain't welcome (REV told me that every time he attended an event he felt as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit) and the forum is not for puerile schoolboy humor. Just waaaayyy beyond sad. Was the same when i approached the club back in 1980 looking for help with my Cobra book - I was totally ignored! Only the SAAC bent over backwards to help, for which I am eternally grateful. The ACOC is destined to go the way of AC Cars Ltd!
