    Well, it occurs to me that perhaps not all of the modifications I made are technically 'street legal'

    Nothing good ever happened after this statement;

    Hi Patric.
    Long time no C.. or hear it maybe should be..

    I have a major problem that You can make me solve. A year or two ago I bought prints of Your Cobra chassie from a Cobra friend here in Sweden that he got from You earlier. There where about 15 pages plus some pages of Your own front end and everything was just perfect! Now the thing is that I'm going to buy steel and start to weld (finally) but now the f-ing computer AND my external HD died a quick dead when the lightning hit our house....

    What are the odds for that?!?!?

    So... can You please send me a copy of the prints of the chassie? Of course I will pay for them if You only tell me how much and how You want them.

    Thank's in advance // Shelby Micke

    Thank's for Your quick responce, and I'll look in to FF's site right now. Of course You will be informed of the ongoing progress. I'm using the stiff 8,8" axle from a -98 Cobra donor, not the IRS.

    I'll try to get the time to translate my homepage to english so You can see what's up. You'll propably understand a lot at this very moment as there is a lot of pic's and many words are the same in swedish as in english.

    Again, thx! Your pic's R giving me great inspiration!!!

    Micke,
    The boy's over at Factory Five have the adapter you seek to use your Mustang donor, they also have an upper arm to work with it. I used a Mustang II spindel and designed all of my suspension. Now does the Cobra you are going to use have the factory IRS unit it might be easier to adapt the whole package into the chassis than a complete rework. You must keep posting progress, I will need some more builds to follow when I finish mine.

    Hi Patric

    What front spindles are You using??

    I'm starting up my project at the moment again after a 2 yrs break renovating the garage and I'm using the same chassie as You are. Planning to use a Mustang Cobra 96-98 as donar car using all things possible ex. ABS and so on.

    I remember someone using Mustang Cobra front with some adapter on the top to a home made upper A-arm. Cant really figure out if that is what You have done or is it Mustang II spindles?? I have Your front specs. but have to know what spindles they are made for.

    Hope that You have the time to answer.
