Thanks as i dont want to put all the effort in building a period correct car with a 1965 date coded block and have the title stating 2011 or 2012

To tell you the truth this is the part of the build i'm scared about...there is a lot of info as to the process that needs to be followed prior to April 2012 on the www.ffcars.com website...after April 2012 people don't know what the process will be like

as I understand the state enated SEMA laws last year that specify how to register and title a replica...you need to have a state police inspection on serial numbers etc.. (thats why i went with a rebuilt 1972 titled truck motor (390 FE stroked to 445) so that i would have a paper trail etc...Joe Leone on FFcars has a detailed tread on the process...
