Titling an out-of state Cobra in Ohio

I'm looking at buying a Cobra replica from an owner not in Ohio. I know the car will have to go through the 'out-of-state inspection' to confirm the car VIN matches the VIN on the non-Ohio title.

The side pipes are low and close to the body which is correct, however f it were a factory build I would expect the stripes to be tapered down the nose. Three Pekas is correct, w/o pics of the frame...
