I lost a rear wheel and tore the wheel well pretty bad, can anyone recommend a shop in Sacramento area that does good fiberglass work and paint

what are your thoughts of a 427 Chevy, or a newer cobra svt in a 65 cobra? Would that take away from resale, or value?
