Oil Price and gas price?

Up a dollar a barrel, gas goes up a cent or two. Down $10 a barrel the price of gas doesn't change. How does that work? :JEKYLHYDE

One improvement might be light weight half shafts instead of Spicer units and ceramic rotors. One pound reduction in rotating weight = a lot of total car reduction (as you'll surely know). Robert
