My understanding is the IRS axle side bearings and seals are the same for both 28 and 31spline, the axle bearing area diameter is larger than the spline OD.

All IRS housings will accept 31 spline...

The oil cooler is part of the original cobra equipment and look and I think they look great, but you don't have to hook it up. I will be racing my car and it maybe only on a hot...

Designing my oil system plumbing and being dry sump there is a lot of plumbing, with components like oil cooler thermostat, remote filter etc.

I am using Aeroquip hose and full flow fittings....

The measurement I gave is for the ID size of the fitting I think the AN # is to do with the Army Navy thread, not the bore size.
Measured these AQ fittings, -12an O ring boss has 0.600" ID
