Best way to do the swap is spend some time making the car look as presentable as possible, sell it, buy car with IRS. Unless you paid too much it won't cost much and you'll still be driving a cobra.

I recently used black cerekote on a motorcycle exhaust and I'm not pleased. Would have been better to use VHT ceramic exhaust paint which isn't bad for what it is.
