I don't know much about the TKX, but I've heard a lot of good things. I do have a TKO 600 with the Liberty Gears sycro kit and it shifts like butter.

I'm not sure about the FE's, but on a small block 289,302,351 ect they have two different mounts. The 289 and 302 use a tall motor mount and the 351 uses a lower motor mount do to having a tall deck....

I would think severe pinion angle would wear U-Joint's out more then anything and shouldn't have anything to do with the output shaft seal leaking. Changing the seal shouldn't be a problem if you can...

No the Tko’s have a different bolt pattern than the T5’s. If you want to run an aluminum bellhousing you can run an R-58 other then that you will have to run an aftermarket bellhousing like Quicktime...
