years ago on my Z28 i installed a switch in the power supply to the ignition, without spark the engine cranked over easily flip the switch back and the engine would start with no effort. this worked...

Just thought I would pass along that BOSS 429 parts are available at www.jonkaaseracingengines.com , these parts are made to fit the standard production 429 and 460 blocks.

I have a 460 with a c6. Does anyone have some experience with variable duration lifters and a big cam. I want to keep the low rpm drivability, or will a 2800 RPM converter and a 6500 RPM cam work...

dual 4bbl carbs an good gas mileage

Gentlemen I am interested in dual carbs on my 460, I am building a drivable street engine. Is it possible to run two small carbs that would be equal to a single 750 for gas mileage.
