What should the fuel pressure be using a holley blue (set at 14lbs from factory) electric external fuel pump with a holley fuel regulator on a 460 around 600 hp. I seem to be flooding everything out...

I have a 460 with a weiland stealth intake.....way to high for my hood to fit. Had DV make a scoop to fit the application. Looks like hell. I need to get a lower maniford and remake a new scoop...
