If your car has dropped floors, you can check for numbers under the hood on the right frame rail. The numbers are stamped on the top of the rail. Should start with CAW. Check it out and let us know.

Try the penetrating oil remedy.After soaking in pentrant...add some light oil to the whole joint, wipe clean. Should fix it...it fixed mine.
