Pcv

If you are running a PCV valve from the rear of the intake manifold, check to see if oil is being sucked in. This happened to me.

Yes...I have the blue thunder on a 486FE

You can see pictures in my gallery. The Blue thunder intake(single 4) sits a little higher than the edelbrock performer rpm. I used a drop base air cleaner for hood clearance.

I have the .64 TKO w/ a 486 CI FE

Hydraulic roller 486FE, makes close to 600 horsepower, 600 lb-ft of torque. The motor cruises very nicely on the interstate at 2000 rpm. Its perfect for my needs as I like to take 2 and 3 hour road...

Official response from Keisler Engineering....

The bearing retainer should be 3.80" long when using the short input shaft. Somehow, they installed the wrong bearing retainer on my Transmission (Retainer length is 4.48")

I can chuck it up in the lathe at work...

on Monday and take off about a 1/2". I suppose that a rough cut would work just as well...but I'm not in that much of a hurry.

Totally frustrated right now...New TKO won't mount up after 3 hour battle.

I just wrestled with a new tko 600 for 3 hours and it wont slide all the way into the bellhousing. My back is killing me...I'm worn out for now.

I also have the hot rod usa kit

It is for the mustang II spindle and 15" wheels. The kit has special wilwood zero offset aluminum hubs. The owner of hot rod usa asked wilwood to tool up for these hubs as they are not in wilwoods...

I don't like them for connecting suspension parts either. However, they do carry a lot of load...the literature lists a 3/8-16 riv-nut at 6100 pounds in tension...this would be an ultimate value.
