Chucks Incredible Daytona Coupe

As you will see, Chuck has spent a great deal of time creating a frame as close to the original as possible.	Attention to detail is something Chuck obviously lives by. Check out his handiwork at the rear suspension. Simply amazing!
Ever wonder where to start in building an aluminum body? Here's a picture of the buck that Chuck built to create the aluminum body. The buck was built on a authentic style chassis.	Here you can see the beginning of Chucks masterpiece. Shaping that aluminum must require an experts touch.
Chuck begins cutting out the headlight openings.	Looks like things went really well with the headlight openings.
Now Chuck is working on the fenders a bit. You just get a sense that everything done to this car takes a good long time. The skill it must require is incredible.	Here you see the detail of the cockpit. Pure race car!
Wow, check this out. All hand crafted.	Here's the whole thing minus doors and windows. Chuck, when you're finished, drive up here to Washington to show it off! I think what gets me the most, is that this thing is from scratch! No kit or instructions. I love it!
