Car is registered as a 1983 in the state of GA with a title. This year also makes it exempt from emissions in the required 7 county Atlanta area.
It has a 4 speed top loader manual transmission, a 390 FE engine, 3200 miles, ann a fully paper work documented Unique factory build, and is regisitered with a GA Dept of Revenue serial number. This is required by the state of GA since it was built from "other" parts (engine, transmission, rear end) and receipts for thee parts had to be shown to assure that none of the parts were stolen. Then it was inspected by the state of GA , given the number (and taxes collected: their goal!). I can suppy any more infor needed. dr. chip
