VE pump/sender 4 wires as follows:

Grey - pump positive
Black - pump ground.
Purple - sender to ECM
Brown/Yellow - sender ground to ECM

Both Primary and secondary senders should measure 40 ohms full, greater than 119 ohms empty.

By pure coincidence, 119 ohms for each sender is near enough half of the old value for single sender vehicles, VZ and earlier. And yet they each have a separate input to the ECM.

In VE, the ECM calculates an average of the TWO sender values, then commands the fuel gauge in the IPC.
