I bonded both areas. On the
oil cooler opening I used 3 rivets - one in the shipping screw location and another either side of it a few inches away. I seems like in front of the hood opening, I replaced the shipping screw or installed a rivet after bonding. I can't remember if I added any additional ones there or not. I will look later today.
