Brent,

I'm not a mail expert either, but it appears to me that the log is correct and shows that the mail was received by AOL.

My guess is you're right on with the notion of AOL doing some filtering. A buddy of mine has no spam filtering, but I frequently get messages bounced back from his ISP with the message "Error: User is not accepting SPAM"
