1 Attachment(s)
Hi Guys
I was wondering if there are any Valve Covers available with" Cobra Le Mans " on it for a 460 what fit right on ?
I don't like the look of the Ford Motorsport ones i have now and love to get my hands on those with the Le Mans lettering on it .

Thanks

You might try Ansen. 310-534-1837. Ask for Ariel Rider.

I like to get at least some Black ones with Letters ( Cobra or Cobra 427,460 ,428 ,Le Mans ......something like this ) polished fins that fit my 460 with ford alloy cobra jet heads for the 429/460 with roller rockers and a crane rocker stud/nut girdle .

Branda has them with Cobra, Cobra 429 or Cobra 460 on them. Just under $300 for a pair.

They are not a direct fit with my applications
Thanks

I think all you need is a spacer for your applications

Valve cover spacers are available from several vendors:

I am sure that there are more, that was a very quick google search. Prices appear to be 115 - 130ish for a pair. Have fun shopping!

I have the fancy Roush valve covers when I found the used SPF I wanted. The Roush engine is beautiful but I would prefer the traditional Cobra 427 covers. How much do you think I can get for the Roush covers and air cleaner lid? Wouldn't it be nice to sell the Roush for more than the Cobra covers cost? I have no idea if the Cobra covers fit with an adaptor on my Roush heads. Like always on CC, comments are welcome.
