460...tube coming out of...
The Bellhousing hole on the drivers side. It is full of oil/engine. Is this for bleeding the clutch? it hangs down to the frame rail, and it looks like it has some sort of fitting on the end of it

If you have a hydraulic throw-out bearing then it should be the bleeder line for the clutch. Actually there should be 2 lines coming out of the bellhousing. . . 1 from the slave cylinder and the one you're talking about. This clutch should be bled just like brakes.;)
