hopeful 460 engine owner looking for answers

I recently bought my 88 mustang and while looking at the engine varieties available i noticed you could put a 7.5 in it and from then on i realized that it had to be done.
Needless to say i have found it difficult to locate information on dropping the engine into my car. After several weeks i finally located the correct Total Performance for the engine mounts(reccomended by several people). I am stuck using their headers due to the unique nature of the mounts(they mount from the front to decrease required space). But i am having trouble locating the other equipment or i simply dont know what i need. Please feel free to e-mail me with advice, dos and donts, and reccomended parts.
Im having trouble finding a 7.5 computer since my engine is EFI(http://www.rebuilt-auto-engines.com/...38103361937.aa). I figure i could get by using an F series computer since one of them uses a 460 but id like to be certain.
Im going to buy a 9 in rear axle and the wheel mounts are five point so it should take the stress. Electric radiator fan(whatever fits). I am SERIOUSLY concerned about air intake since i cant see how enough air can be forced through the tiny slit in the front and underneath the car. I may take out the space between the front lights(where the emblum and puny intake is housed) just to make a wider opening. I have already installed a larger oil pan so thats ok and im trying to find a C6 transmission for cheap. Summit racing has several intake manifolds to choose from so i think im fine there.
Im sure ive forgotten serveral nessessary components. As for non nessesary components i plan on either twin turbo or supercharge as well as installing an ignition system.

Thanks for your time and sorry for the long post.

Hello mfd,

You need to be posting this kind of inquiry elsewhere, such as:
