Desk Top Dyno Questions

I recently purchased a Superformance Cobra with a Ford 460 SVO motor with a competitiion cam ( magnum roller cam .663 lift/300 Duration), roller rockers. The motor # is M-6007-B460. It also has roller valve springs, MSD distributor and MSD 6 AL ignition. It also has a 850 Holley double pumper. The owner ( owned his own Ford dealership) claims the car puts out 700+ HP. Is this accurate or exaggerated? The car runs on race fuel and has a 12:1 compression ratio. Please let me know. Thanks Bmarze.

M-6007-B460 is Ford's 535 horse crate motor. Plugging those specs into the program I get 545 torque and 517 horse versus Ford's advertised 530 torque and 517 horse. Changing the cam specs to yours and the compression ratio I get 594 torque and 589 horse. I think 700 is a little optimistic.

Hotfingrs,
What Head Port Design and Exhaust options have you chosen in the program? I am getting slightly higher. This is a great excersize, as I have been wanting to go the 460/514 route and need some justification (albeit, not too much from a 306).
Thanks,
Darren

Large tube headers with mufflers...not sure which head I used. While the CJ heads are good, more can be gained with aftermarket.

Check out my projected engine stats via chart which my guys say they are going to beat with the 460 and tric flow heads.
