opinions please-what's this 429 worth
i have located a 429 a couple hours away..have talked to the owner by phone and have the following info....tell me what you think...newly assembled..never started..built by a reputable shop for street/strip use......
1970 429 block dove heads 222/172 stainless valves tunnel ram intake (don't want) arp bolts .30 over forged trw pistons..floating cobra jet rods and crank 1.7 roller rockers comp cam 563/583 willing to sell less tunnel ram.... asking $2500.00 (neg) |
It's a huge motor... Make sure what ever brand car your building will be able to fit it. Some do some dont.
