Has anyone used a Mallory Distributor ...
 
Specifically this one http://www.malloryperformance.com/Pr...Search=3756001 (you have to click the "Enlarge Picture" button at the bottom to see the true one.)

I have clearance problems for the MSD Billet Distributor and this is supposed to fit but I need the block to cap dimensions before I invest $500 and order (no returns).

I had basically the same distributor, but for the 351W. I sheared the pin on the gear with only about 2000 miles of relatively light use. I decided to replace the unit with an MSD billet model.

My impression of the Unilite was that it was seemed less heavy duty than the MSD. I think the pin on the MSD is a larger diameter than the one on the Unilite.
