Anyone running dual Demons?
Currently the car has dual 1848-1 Holleys on the Blue Thunder 2X4 manifold, which are a little on the small side. They are 465 CFM if I remember right.
A friend of mine is trying to convince me to go with Demons, instead of Holleys. I have lot's of experience with the Holleys, but none with Demons. So, any advice? |
They probably won't fit because of the float bowls

I have ran two Demons on a Tunnel Wedge intake. They were mounted inline as the old Holleys were.
I loved them. I ran a 428FE and used (2) Road Demon Jr 725's, vacuum secondaries, and pulled the chokes off. They ran great. I've had (4) Demons on engines that I've built for myself or for others. I've never had a problem out of them. They also interchange with Holleys, so it's easy to find parts such as jets, air bleeds, etc. |
Two 750 CFM Holleys on a BT dual quad intake, these match up with/ deliver the demands of the camshaft very well.
