460 Quicktime Bellhousing

Anybody in here used the quicktime RM-8011 yet? It puts a toploader behind a 429-460. I am assisting somebody with a non-Cobra effort and this is the way we are looking to go. He has a 1967 Mustang, running a 4 bolt main (429SCJ) with externally balanced 460 crank, 466 CID. He has been using the infamous McLeod hydraulic set up...1 too many replaced...so he wants to go mechanical linkage, or a least an external slave. We are looking at a steel flywheel (184 tooth) with 11" clutch (class rules) using a toploader 10 spline. He has been using the 351M/400 bell, but there is interference on the clutch fork (). I have faith in QT, but experience is worth 1,000 ads!

You might check with Mike Forte at Fortesparts.com he does a mod to the Quicktime for an external slave and billet clutch fork and probably has a setup for the 460.
