Anyone running their valve cover breathers in the back?

If anyone is running their valve cover breathers in the back and you have a pic, I would like to see it. I am considering a quick fix with the height of my breathers, by just reversing the valve covers.

The down side might be oil running into them with hard launches. They are baffeled, so I think it may not be a problem.

The alt is to buy new valve covers and start over, I am not going to do Roup Goldberg job...

Thank you for the feed back. I'd be curious to know how hard you were running your car, was it at a track where you had the issue? Normal driving?

I/we tried the breathers on the back with a circuit car, would lose about a 1/2 a quart into the catch tank in each 15/20 mile race. Shifted them to the intake side of rocker covers in between pairs of pushrods depending on position of rocker cover bolts. Have done all track cars same way since. No problems. When you think about it and visualise how the oil stacks up in the rocker covers during acceleration, cornering , braking its the only logical place to fit a breather.

We run ours in front and conect them with an alum. tube works great :)

Mine is in the rear and no problems. The PCV is also in the rear on the opposite side.

I am going to give it a try and see if I get any oil in the breathers. If not I will run it that way until the winter. maybe I can get new valve covers as a x-mas present.
