Hey Randy - a while is right. I miss you, man. What you been up too? That's a roger on the "exotic lands". I recently obtained my helicopter pilot's license and I'm planning on moving up (literally). Looking at an experimental, like a Mosquito or Helicycle (those guys are no different than the Cobra crowd, just different toys). Either that or part ownership in a Robinson R22 - the ship I'm rated for.
Parting is bitter sweet. The little red car is looking great and running perfectly. But I have to say - flying around north Georgia at 500' up in a helo is slightly more exhilarating (and waaaay more expensive). By the way, how's John doing? I rode to Homecoming with Bill and Susan a few weeks ago. That was a treat as always. Let's plan on lunch. |
