Don't play poker with a certain GA
....Snake!!
I have spent the last 18 hours killing two snakes in my yard!! Even baby Copperheads are nasty. 18 more to go!! However, I warn you now, the most lethal prey is one of our own members. This is the man who so humbly claims to spray his car in his garage. Bunk. I got to see his car today and I ain't buying it. I have made sure to pay him a visit regularly to make sure he played fair. Unannounced visits which I am sure he spent nights preparing for. Sure, everytime I showed the car was there, with the usual cast of characters playing their roles to perfection. Donny the painter who points the nozzle up his nose to make sure the pattern is just right. I was buying it hook line and sinker, until I saw the paint. Beautiful brilliant silver (Keith, fill Randy in on my sentiments on Silver/Gray :) )!!!!!!!!! This paint job will trump anything on a Merc or Porsche showroom floor. This GaSnake character is not playing straight!! He is helicoptering his car in and out while we are not looking to some ritzy bodyshop midweek, I am convinced!! Great job Randy! |
Hmm... sounds like something fishy's goin on there... ;) Can't wait to see it! Hey Mike, I'm planning to travel that way next weekend unless something comes up. Caleb and I wanna see your new ride.
Keith :) |
Hopefully it will be here!! Remind me to get you your jacket, and I will hand you your DVSF raffle tickets as well.

Yep....definitely something fishy. Every time I see him he is complaining about his neck from all the sanding with the 120grit..... and he calls me anal... I feel sure there's more to the body-work story than just Donny and a plastic sheet on the garage floor. I secretly took samples of the paint on the floor and found it to be Krylon. Looks Like GS has bee just spraying a little silver spraypaint around to fool us ;)

It's called "Smoke and Mirrors" - Thanks for the compliments TC. Now if I can find a "Donnie" type to help me wire it. That guy is a trip. I bet he drank two cases of beer and smoked several funny looking little white cigars, but he taught me a bunch about painting. %/ **) :JEKYLHYDE :3DSMILE:
Randy p.s. The drop by visits from all is what I had hoped for. Guys hanging out swaping tales, talking cars, looking at my port matching job - thanks TC, chill, cracker and CJ. This is what building a car is all about. |
I came! I saw! I am not buying!!
There is No WAY that car was painted in his garage!! He actually flew in Boyd Coddington in for the consult and laying of the hands!! Congratulations on an outstanding job! it is remarkable!! Clyde was there with his and his son out for a little cruise also! What stunning cars! You guys both have done a wonderful job and will get at least 4 milliong dollars in giggles alone out of them! Time for a Cobra cruise!! Good stuff! John |
