Gentlemen: We Have A Trailer

16 ft, electric brakes, 2 in receiver, loading ramps.

Built light: Most trailers are overbuilt with heavy channel, often 8 ft. with two 3500 lb axles weighing in at 1800-11900 lbs: this is an overkill for our cars.

This is built light; Saw a version at SAAC in Nashville. Easier/more economical to tow.

Available for local (Southen automotive) and shorter trips. Just want to recoupe some of the purchase expense and save some for future maintainence (tires/brakes). Live in Decatur so central to most of you.

Will be using to haul to Roebling, Barber and Talledega. cb

11900 You sure???
Who did you get it from?

TC: That was a borrowed trailer that was sold and the guy bought an enclosed trailer: Retired engineer that's into drag cars. Has a factory 5 sitting in his garage about 90% complete and said to be sold.

Typo: Open Steel car haulers are "under 2000 lbs" re titling and registration, and Alum versions (expensive) are said to be at 900 lbs "half of the weight of the steel"haulers, I estimate the steel haulers are 1800 lbs Sorry about my typo! cb
