It's Not Finished But

Well the cherry has been popped on my Unique. Just took it down the street with my college bound son - he was grinning like a jackass eating briars. His only comment was "Dad you have built one screaming machine". I'm am now hooked :D

I can tell that I need to proceed with extreme caution else this puppy bites my ass.

Now all I need is insurance and a tag  and carpet and a passenger seat and final wet sand and buff and a gas gauge and a mountain road.  oh yeah and brakes that work
:JEKYLHYDE

Happy fourth

The perfect thread for me to hi-jack ;) ;) .

"One handed Randy" took me for a spin in his 289FIA car today. Did I say 289? Mistake. Meant 427. No not right again. I could swear it was a small block I saw. But it was a "Southern small block motor"....hmmmmm...supposedly a small block, but why the whiplash????

This is a question that is real. That motor is WICKED!!! I warn you now, do not pick a fight with this car!

Randy, can I rent it and piss off the Copperheads over here?? Please??? That was a great ride.

DISCLAIMER: I WAS in the passenger area with no seat and it actually was a nice happy spot. Randy, thanks for the E-ticket ride, forgot what it was like :3DSMILE: :3DSMILE: :3DSMILE: TC, happily tracking UPS packages.

TC it is really quick with less weight in it ( not that you didn't help). It seemed to hook up a little better with you hunkered down on the floor.

If a big block is any quicker then I don't need one, until fall :p .

I can't wait for all of us to get our cars on the road, Tony and his new stroker, DC and his whatever, Cracker and his Pro-Stock motor, TC and his tin car, Scott and his Clevland powered Shell Valley - this is going to be a special fall.

Randy

And of course Chill - how could I forget. %/
