Fun Ford weekend Apr 16-18.
Anyone planning to attend the Ford weekend event at the Atlanta Dragway next weekend? I'm going to go up for Saturday.

Same weekend as the 40th Mustang Celebration in Nashville .... that's where I'll be.

Hopefully we'll be bringing the DV Cobra to one of these events! We're still waiting for them to respond to our request to sell the raffle tickets at one of these events.
Anyone have any suggestions where we can show up and show off? ;) DV..."WE" can do this! |
Went to Commerce Saturady, saw the Rad Ride, didn't see Tony(very nice, saw it last year in Braselton, didn't see Tony). I met two nice guys(Rick and his other brother Rick) that were down from SC with two sweet Cobras, one Yellow, the other Orange. These cars were especially nice to me since Yellow and Orange happen to be my favorite colors for a Cobra(hey, blue is nice, but...);) .
Didn't see the DV Cobra(I looked around before watching the racing, then hunger drove me in search of chow and I forgot to resume the search). There were some fast Mustangs on the strip, and one guy had a 9 second street pickup truck. Jim |
Jim, sorry I missed you. I'm sure I was either eating, browsing the vendors or watching those 6 1/2 second cars. Wow.
