If he doesn't know what he got, is it possible he went to Las Vegas, not Provo. How would he be able to tell?

svo, start pulling over anything that looks like a Cobra, and beat the crap out of them until they speak the truth.

SVObud,
Sounds like you were the one giving the info and he was collecting. Just 2-cents.

a guy that can afford a Kirkham doesn't know beans about them, ..
Personally - that's exactly the way he came across. Super nice guy, but didn't seem to know too much (at all) about Cobra replicas - much less his. FWIW - I've never even seen a Kirkham in person. So, who's to say I'll know what I'm looking at when the time comes.

It's extremely possible. As much as his story jumped around - there's no telling. Though, I could swear he said "Utah".

Hehehe - If I was to start stopping and educating them with my magic wand of truth - I would start with a few from the ffcobra forum. There's a couple of them I would love to open hand smack up side the forehead while hollaring, "THANK YA JESUS!!!" ;)

Roland - I'm not sure what that means. Maybe it was the way you interpreted my story. A whole bunch of the conversation was left out by me for lack of relative content. The guy did most of the talking. I'd ask questions trying to sort thru it and answer some of his.

I tell ya what - next time I see him - I'll take him up on the offer of seeing his Cobra.

Send him to CC we'll give him the once over.

I give up. I do know I'll never own one. Not for lack of appreciation, just not on my salary.
