Riverstone tomorrow?

I just realized tomorrow is the third Saturday. Is anyone planning to be there? When do they cut it off for the year?

The last one is October 16th. Weather does not look too inviting for the one today.

Thanks, it is sort of iffy.

Tomorrow looks a bit more promising weather-wise. There's a Mustang and Ford show at Mustangs Unlimited in Lawrenceville. Go to www.svtcobraclub.com. There's another show today here in Gwinnett that runs from noon to 4.

Tony, where is the show today?

Year One has their monthly show up in Braselton this evening, but the weather looks bad.

Jim,

Today's Lawrenceville show is right across from the Gwinnett airport on Industrial Park Drive. It's across the street from the south end of the runways. The Masonic Lodge puts it on. No entry fee. I'm heading over in a few minutes since it's only 10 minutes from the house (and I have a tonneau cover). Hell, the car needs washing anyway.

Tony

Did you get your body back from the painter yet.

Dave,
I have not heard anything from Bruce. I expect he will call me this week. I am getting all the little things cleaned up on the chassis in preparation to go pick it up. I plan to do the last few items over the Labor Day weekend. David Hatcher said he will be back down over that weekend also.

Comtool, didn't you see my post that I saw your car painted on Thursday?

comtool 08-22-2004 06:45 PM

Toycollector,
Yea, I posted a reply on the original post about the body going to paint. I said I was jealous and you did not take a pictures for me to see. How does it look?????????????? It was a color combo that I put together in the last few days. Bruce uses both colors in the majority of his cobra paint jobs but he said he had never used them together. I hope it looks good! I wanted a dark enough body color to contrast the chrome and ceramic details and a stripe that was not so dark. I guess I will see if it worked out. Thanks for the heads up!

My update was on your coming home thread. Your paint job gets 2 thumbs up from me!!! That was before wet sanding and polishing!! I hope you love it.
