John! You da MAN!!

John at Southern solved the clue to our clutch woes. And the good news is it's a 10 minute fix! I must say, I'm extremely happy!

Tony - Glad it worked for you. I gave Randy a heads up to the fix and he'll probably be calling down to John as well.

There's really nothing to it. Pull the cotter key and pop the pin that holds the master cylinder push rod clevis to the clutch petal bar, loosen the back nut, unscrew the clevis and reattach. I took my clevis completely off and screwed it back on around three or four turns. You have to readjust (shorten the slave cylinder pushrod a turn or two) and you're good to go. My master cylinder push rod setting has always been off because it's never shifted as smoothly as does now.
