Website has grown into an octopus. It's a bit of Dreamweaver and a bit of Frontpage. Of course throw in some raw html, PHP and javascript for good measure. When I just want a basic page like that one, I find the fastest (important or I won't do it) way is to open the web in Frontpage, copy and paste.
PS - My site is obviously not for the bandwidth challenged
