need to find Atlanta Autocross: read on..
All the ones I have found are closed out: At Turner field and Gwinett. Just modded the Daytona coupe replica and it is now scarry fast; Had to mount track slicks to keep the rear end hooked up. Also has a shimmy at 7omph. Want to do some shake out runs at a local autocross before heading to Road Atlanta/Talledega GP. Any suggestions will be appreciated. cb

Chip, if you mean the SCCA autox's than they're probably open for you. When you look at the schedule website it may say closed but that's just because the signup period isn't happening yet, it will be 'open' closer to the event date. Remember the Gwinnett fairgrounds has a sound limit but you may be ok unless your car is especially loud, low revving v8's don't seem to have many noise problems.
BTW, AutoXMike would have some ideas but he's probably at the South Pole wrestling polar bears this time of year.
