Moving back to GA

Yep, we're are moving back to GA around the end of '07 or begining of '08. We're trying to find a place in Calhoun. We've been in SC for almost 7 years now (we grew up in Cherokee County). It'll be nice to be back "home".

Hey Keith! Calhoun ought to be a nice place to live.
Do you have the plans for the next project yet?
Maybe.....rebuild your buddy's Viper:D

Keith - Welcome back to Georgia! We may be headed to Germany for two years, so it could be awhile before we get to catch up. Hope the family is well!

PS - I may join you cobra-less soon, if I get the call to work overseas then I'll likely sell mine. Funny timing, I just got it setup the way I wanted! :-)

Keith, interesting post. Karen (wife) and I, and the kids were headed to Ellijay today when we saw a Beech Baron on base approach to Pickens Airport and talked about you and your dad. Happy to see you move closer!!! I am in Ellijay/Cherry Log/Blue Ridge now often.

Let us know how we can help! Amazing how your name came up today and I see this post...

Jason - So you're lookin' to unload the Cobra, huh? Hmm... nah, I better not. The wife might kill me. Maybe I could act as "Cobra caretaker" until you return from Germany... hey, now THERE's an idea... you know, just someone to blow out the cobwebs every week or so. Heck, I'll do that for FREE! LOL.

Mike - That's pretty wierd. What are the odds? Feel free to drop in up there any given Sat/Sun. They're usually up there working on the birds or maybe flying a little. They'll be happy to take y'all up, I'm sure (they'll use any excuse to fly). When winter gets here, my dad will spend more time at home working on the 195.

Geez, why did I just have McDonald's for lunch? I should know better. Ugh...

Jason,

What's up with the Germany gig? I was over there for vacation this summer and if you don't know, lived there many many years. I hope a cost of living adjustment is in your future if you go!!!!

Mike

I've had "WW" responsibility of my groups for about 4 years now. Thus far, that has meant NA and Europe, but business is growing in APAC. We are considering splitting into two area - NA and EMEA/APAC. If so, I'd be moving to Germany for the EMEA/APAC role.

Our primary Germany office is in Herrenberg, about 45 mins south of Stuttgart near HP and IBM, and I travel there 1-2x per quarter. I was actually just there last week.
