Aurora Needs A New Home

Wife and I are splitting, my 83 Aurora needs a new home... any research on pricing is old. What is realistic? Car has 25k miles but only 12k on current engine... 302 bored .30 over, single plane intake, k&N Filter, Holly 700, NOS ready(though not used), New brakes, wheels, tires, shocks and springs. Has slight ding in driver door(wife did it) and a little carpet work where extra speaker was installed. Dyno'd at 280 at the rear. Help me out guys... this sucks. Anything will help at this point.

Least expensive I saw in the last 6 months was $18,000, most expensive I have seen (documented as sold for) was $29,000. Post pictures and a better description when you get the chance.

Bill S.

PS: Sorry to hear about your split............

A buddy of mine going a divorce just did that with his boat. "Sold" it to his brother for a wink and a song.

It won't work if papers have been filed. Depends on the state and how $itchy the opposing party is going to be, but if you go into court and go, "Cobra? What Cobra?" the judge is going to kick your ass. Since your ass is male, it will already receive enough kicking. Don't eff around trying to hide assets.

Nester, here are a couple of recent ads/sales, I hope this will help. Your car looks great. You should post some of your gallery pics - you never know - someone with the slabside fever may just find it irresistable.

We had one sell locally here for $25K. It was nice, finished and well sorted though not a factory build which was unusual I believe. Good luck with your situation.
