Besides the "is it real" and "how much did it cost" I've also gotten "is that a Corvette". Whatever the question it is usually followed by some story of someone he knew that had one that was the fastest ever, most power, blah blah blah.

Rod Knock already answered on my behalf, but the answer is easy -
Is it Chrome? I once replied it was polished paper mache and the guy never caught it. I do have a lot of people also ask if it gets hot. I say "no" except for one spot just in front of the windsheild posts where it's a bit concave and if you lean in about 18 inches away at the right place it will catch your nose on fire. |
