Wow, those are almost too nice to even call garages! They are cleaner than my living room.

COBRANIP 11-03-2009 10:41 PM

What? No shag carpeting? I guess they were on a budget!
Well, back to my "double wide"!

Here in Lake Havasu City, AZ the place is all about big garages. most std. homes are built with 3-car garages approx. 40'x40' or deeper. Most are made to house 40' or 50' speed boats, tall, for large motor homes and even bigger for those with hot rod collections.
My friend has a 50'x 100' garage that has two rooms in the front (office and craft room- a large bathroom w/ walk in shower, laundry room and bar) along with two separate garage areas for his cars, boats, car trailers and trucks. It's air conditioned and heated with total interior wall finished as if it was his house. Whatelse can I say it better than my house...it only cost $300'000. for the construction. Actually he is just a poor retired guy..living out his dream.
Only in America.

If you check close you will even find a few garages that have a Cobra located inside.
