Stewart Warner Gauge

Hey All,

Just wanted to know if there was a fix to stop the Stewart Warner fuel gauge from fogging up.

I'm sure this has been discussed but I cant seem to find a fix for this.

Turn on the running lights

Priobe if you are getting fog in any gauge, turning on the lights should clear up the fog in about 30 seconds. Did you try this. Most gauages are not 100% water tight. There is alot of heat from that small bulb in the gauge. If you seal the gauge with silicone, it could damage the gauge if the water has no where for it to leak out of. turn on the lights and wait 1-2 minutes and see what happens. Rick L.
