Cobra lessons learned..........
So I was new to this in June when mine arrived and this may help future 'new' owners. Seeing a thread in the backdraft section made me realize I'm not the only one who has burned a car cover on the hot side pipes.
Its WAY easier to wait until they cool than to remove the burn residue from your side pipes! Speaking of Side pipes, who besides me has a scar of sorts from your learning curve. I know now its as automatic as pressing the start button to say "watch your leg when you get out, ITS HOT!" What else have you learned? |
that very same lesson learned is why i have under car exhaust........
my wife is 5 foot tall and if she had burned her leg just one time it would have been sudden death for me............. |
As much as I love the sound of my Cobra's motor, it's too loud to drive regularly without earplugs. (sigh)
